At Resilient Kidz, our inclusive group Art class aims to foster mental health and creative expression in a social setting.
Art has proven to have effective theraputic benefits particularly in children and young adults with disability, developmental delays and emotional regulation challenges.
The Resilient Art Program
This creative, imaginative and playful group program is one that many children enjoy. Our classes aid individuals in solving problems, finding new insights about themselves, increase their sense of wellbeing and self-confidence through art, movement, play, sound, sandplay and storytelling.
Through facilitating our art therapy sessions in small inclusive group settings your child also experiences the benefits of community involvement, social interaction and have the opportunity to build interpersonal relationships with others.

Our Art Therapy group sessions are structured as a 10 week block that aligns with the school terms. Each session is approximately $57. When you register or enquire for our group program our friendly team will be in contact and can assist you in working out pricing depending on your NDIS funding or self-funding requirements.
We also offer discounts for multiple children to register from the same family.

Yes we accept funding if your NDIS plan is self-managed or plan-managed. When you register or enquire about any of our group programs, our friendly team will be in contact with you to discuss your plan and answer any questions you may have in regard to funding.

Yes we certainly do accept self-funding for all of our inclusive group programs. When you register or enquire about any of our group programs, our friendly team will be in contact with you and can answer any of your questions in regards to self-funding. We can also offer discounts for multiple children if you would like to bring along siblings or friends to support your child or young adult.

All of our inclusive group programs at Resilient Kidz are designed to support children and young adults living with disability (physical, intellectual, sensory) developmental delays or social/emotional regulation challenges.
However, our group programs are inclusive to anyone and everyone within the age groups. We often have parents who would like other siblings or friends to register with their child for support which we welcome.

We welcome parents, family members or support workers to be as involved as necessary in our sessions in order for you to support your child or young adult and foster their participation. If your child wants you to participate in the sessions with them, you certainly can!

We know that those individuals who will be participating in our inclusive Art Therapy sessions need a compassionate, gentle and encouraging therapist. This is why we have carefully selected our highly qualified and experienced Art Therapist to tick all of those boxes.
Our group programs are also supported with the assistance of our experienced support workers and counsellors.
