Our Reviews

“Since my children have undertaken Resilient Kidz they do not compete or argue as much and instead praise and support each other.

They also are able to effectively implement the tools and techniques taught to them through the program in stressful situations”

Josie (parent)

“Resilient Kidz has been an overwhelming success. Our boys have noticeably improved their resilience, attendance and general wellbeing at school. Strategies taught combined with physical activity provides a perfect, non-threatening environment and all have thrived”

Bill Trewartha (Director Student Wellbeing Rostrevor College)

“The Resilient Kidz program educates and provides participants with the tools to deal with a range of performance and anxiety challenges.

It also teaches techniques that apply to life on a daily basis”
